Materials:
size G/4.00mm crochet hook
yarn in whatever flavor you want (I used Lily Sugar and Cream)
tan yarn
stuffing
yarn needle
scissors
Mini Double Popsicle Crochet Pattern:
Sticks (make 2)
R1: sc4 in ML
R2: (sc, inc) rep 2 times (6)
R3-7: (sc) in each st around (6)
FO and leave a 7” tail for sewing
Popsicle
Using yarn in whatever “flavor” you picked
ch13
R1: in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 11 sts
R2: in 12th st, sc3, turn and sc down other side of R1 (24)
begin crocheting in the round
R3: (sc) in BLO of each st (24)
R4-14: (sc) in each st around (24)
R15: (2sc, dec) rep 6 times (18)
begin to stuff lightly and continue to stuff, but keep in mind you want the popsicle to be “flat” don’t stuff too much!
R16: (sc) in each st around (18)
R17: (dec, sc) rep 6 times (12)
R18: (sc) in each st around (12)
R19: (dec) rep 6 times (6)
FO with a 7” tail and weave top closed
Assembly
Cut a length of yarn in your “flavor” color about 14” long. Using a running stitch from one side of the popsicle to the other, sew up the middle, creating the “double popsicle” effect and then weave the ends into the center of the popsicle.
Sew the two sticks onto the bottom of the popsicle.
